Updating Websites and Ecommerces
At the end of a website development project, we commit to updating plugins, themes and WordPress for up to 90 days, as long as the integrity of the environments is maintained. This implies the following requirements:
- Users with Administrator access (full access) should not be included in the list of site users.
- Our credentials must be maintained in order to access the site and make the necessary updates.
- No plugins, themes or software modification files other than those initially delivered should be installed.
- It is forbidden to install plugins, themes or change files for different software in their premium versions without the original license, and proof of this license is mandatory.
In the event of a site 'crash' or 'disconfiguration', the site can be restored if there is a backup of the site. We cannot guarantee that the site will be updated to its latest version before the crash, and the backup version will be the one that comes into effect. (catering charged separately).

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
